The name BI 2 BI, all graphics, coding and text on the bi2bi site, are sole property of bi2bi and cannot be reproduced without consent of bi2bi.

If your email address changes you must inform bi2bi of the change or mail forwarding to yourself cannot be guaranteed and we take no responsibility for subsequent loss of mail. If your internet provider reports that your address no longer exists then BI 2 BI may subsequently close your account, resulting in loss of your membership. Please note that some mail forwarding services (for example hotmail/bigfoot/yahoo etc.) may limit the amount of mail stored and as such we cannot gaurantee mail reaching you through these services - it is always better to use your real email address.

Any mail sent from an unrecognised email address shall be deemed from a non-member and thus be deleted automatically by our server.

Bi 2 Bi have the right to cancel any account at any given time if deemed neccesary.

Bi 2 Bi membership is subject to the approval of Bi 2 Bi. We retain the right to refuse/cancel membership at any time.

Minimum age of any member of BI 2 BI shall be at least 18 years of age.

Abusive behaviour of any member to another member will automatically result in closure of account.

BI 2 BI takes no responsibility for content of any messages forwarded through our mailing system or results from subsequent meetings/contacts between members.

Any complaints are to be sent to complaints@bi2bi.co.uk who will deal with the matter accordingly. Please note, the automatic mail server copies of all mail sent through itself for archive and complaints purposes.

BI 2 BI secure email system is to be used only for contacting or messaging between BI 2 BI members. If the forwarding system is abused by any member their account will be automatically terminated.

BI 2 BI take no responsibility of the content of the adverts or pictures submitted to BI 2 BI and the legallity of said pictures/postings is the responsibilty of the member concerned. We also reserve the right to edit any advert we deem neccesary. We also reserve the right to use any text/pictures submitted for advertising purposes, whilst maintaining the annonymity of our clients.

All monies payed to BI 2 BI are non-refundable.

While BI 2 BI does their best to forward all mail from their clients, we cannot guarantee all forwarded emails will always get to the intended destination due to any subsequent technical problems caused by the internet or providers concerned, and cannot be held responsible for any subsequent loss of mail therein.

Whilst we will endeavour to process all applications / complaints within a 48hour period, this may not be so due to operating constraints and email delivery delays, and BI 2 BI takes no responsibility for this whatsoever.

A free listing is just that a free listing. We reserve the right to edit the advert or remove pictures if we require to do so. Adverts are not allowed to contain phone numbers or email addresses. If you insert such you may be removed from the system without reinstatement. Messaging is a chargeable service. The funds generated from this helps BI 2 BI pay for the services which you the client use. This allows you to view our database and decide if you wish to use our service without charge.
